He holds a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences and is recognized as a Chartered Life Underwriter/Singapore (CLU®/S), Chartered Financial Consultant/Singapore (ChFC®/S), and an Associate Estate Planning Practitioner (AEPP®). Additionally, he has achieved the Institute of Banking and Finance Advanced (IBFA) Level 3 for Financial Planning and the IFPAS – Kaplan Australia High Net Worth (HNW) Certification.
Motivated by the impactful initiatives of IFPAS, Seng Chuan actively engages with the organization to contribute to its mission. His journey began as a writer for IFPAS Tuesdays Times, and he has since extended his involvement to the Education and Training Working Committee. Here, he conducts insightful financial talks for notable institutions such as the People Association and the National Kidney Foundation. Seng Chuan also plays a pivotal role in the IFPAS magazine editorial team.
Recognizing the significance of giving back to the industry that has shaped his career, Tan is honored to serve as a council member within IFPAS.
