Speaker’s Profile 

Roy Ng
IBFA, CIAM, GE Associate Trainer, Enneagram L2 Certified

Roy joined Great Eastern Life in 2010. For more than a decade, Roy has coached numerous advisors to achieve more than 100% year-on-year growth in production. Abiding by his motto “when you teach, you learn twice” he has taken up the role of associate trainer in GE since 2021 to impart valuable skills & knowledge with the intention to give back & raise the standard of the industry one step a time. He also walks the talk by constantly upgrading himself on knowledge and skillsets that he feels passionate about, Enneagram, Coaching, SPIN Selling.

Roy attained his directorship at just 29, making him one of the youngest in GE to reach this rank. Throughout his career, he has consistently qualified for prestigious accolades such as the Million Dollar Round Table and the International Dragon Award. Roy believes that financial planning should be tailor made to every individual, by focusing on developing skillset to improve his advisory process. From the young to the old, he takes time to understand the needs and concerns of his clients. Roy strongly believes in deepening his skillset in active listening & effective questioning to identify and engage in deeper conversations to develop solutions that are in line with client’s best interest.
