Pang Sern Yong

Corporate Trainer & ChatGPT Specialist
Pang Sern Yong is the founder of AIHQ Training and Consultancy, dedicated to training professionals in the use of AI tools like ChatGPT. He holds a degree in Communication Studies from Nanyang Technological University’s Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information. Pang is also the author of “ChatGPT – A Guide for Introverts.”
Through AIHQ, Pang has engaged and trained over 4,000 professionals, integrating AI into business workflows effectively. His prior experience includes leading a video marketing agency, where he worked with clients such as Changi Airport Group and HSBC.
At AIHQ, Pang focuses on practical AI applications to enhance operational efficiency and client engagement, maintaining a strong commitment to responsible AI use. His client list for AI training includes ACCA, Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA, and the Institute of Internal Auditors.
